Registration & Project Submission

Registration opens on 14 August 2026 and closes on 14 September 2026, 23:59 PKT. You will provide your team details, project overview, video link, and submission file directly through this website.

What You Need to Complete the Registration

Team Information

Provide the team name and accurate contact details for the team lead. You may also add the names, emails, professions, and locations of additional members.

Project Overview

Enter a clear project title, identify the problem being addressed, and provide an abstract of no more than 300 words explaining your approach and its relevance to Pakistan.

Submission File

Upload one ZIP containing your source code and supporting material, or one PDF project report. The maximum upload size is 25 MB.

Explanation Video

Provide a working video URL that explains the problem, demonstrates your solution, and summarizes its results or evaluation metrics.

Final Review

Verify all contact details, the video URL, and the contents of your uploaded file. Incomplete or inaccessible material may prevent evaluation.

Terms and Policies

Read and accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and IP & Data Usage policy before sending your registration.

Preparing Your Submission Package

A ZIP file is recommended when submitting source code. A PDF is suitable when submitting a project report only. Include the following items where applicable:

Project Summary

  • The problem your AI solution addresses
  • Who benefits from the solution
  • Inputs, outputs, and what makes it unique
  • Model type, libraries, and tools used
  • Team names and contact information

Performance Results

  • Two or three relevant performance metrics
  • Accuracy, precision, recall, or F1-score for classification
  • RMSE, MAE, or R² for regression
  • A confusion matrix, graph, or concise result summary

Technical Setup

  • A README with setup and run instructions
  • requirements.txt or environment.yml
  • Model parameters and dependencies
  • Steps needed to reproduce the results

Project Files

  • Complete source code for all components
  • Project report or technical documentation
  • Sample data or dataset access instructions
  • Any configuration needed for evaluation
Important: Keep the final ZIP or PDF under 25 MB. Uploaded files are stored privately and can only be accessed by authorized administrators.
